Senior Leadership

Joel Pickering
President

Joel Pickering is responsible for assessing projects in pre-construction and ensuring their successful completion in production. Joel earned his A.A.S. in HVAC systems from Manchester Community College, and both his B.S. and M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University. Joel has taught as an adjunct instructor at MCC, and currently serves on the advisory board to the HVAC dept.

Charlie Hall
Vice President

Charlie Hall has over 35 years' experience in the day-to-day operation of the family-owned HVAC contracting company. Charlie started as a dispatcher and progressively increased responsibilities including estimating, project management, administration, finance, and eventually President. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is former member of the Board of Directors and Chapter Chairman of the Associated Builders & Contractors NH/VT.

Elliot Hall
Vice President

Elliot Hall has more than three decades of experience at J. Lawrence Hall. During the years, his responsibilities have increased from hands on duties in servicing and installing HVAC equipment, to designing, estimating, and general management of field operations. Elliot served in the Air Force from 1976-1980 and holds licenses in Massachusetts for refrigeration and sheet metal.

Michelle Delois
CFO

Michelle brings 30 years of accounting experience with her, acquiring her experience through both the public and private accounting areas. Her and her staff are responsible for management of cash flow, financial planning, budgeting, as well as, analyzing the Company’s financial internal controls and proposing corrective actions. She is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chad Vittone
COO

Chad Vittone has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, both from the financial and operating sides of the business. His role is to oversee the corporate operations of the company which includes developing and managing the current business plan, development of the company policies and procedures, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of each department. He specializes in identifying and implementing process improvements and is responsible for the overall bottom-line performance of the company.

Joseph Nash
Executive Vice President of Operations and Administration

Joe has been with Denron for over 16 years, beginning his career as an apprentice plumber working in the field. As VP of Operations, Joe oversees current projects, being involved with manpower, materials, cost projections, etc. Throughout his career, Joe has obtained both Journeyman and Master Plumbing Licenses in NH, MA as well as his NH Gas Service Tech License.

Steve Bienvenue
Vice President of Project Supervision

Steve has been with the company for more than 37 years, beginning as a high school intern and working his way up the ranks. Steve oversees multiple projects, negotiating contracts, handling pricing and processing of change orders and processing invoices/submittals with both the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors. Steve holds a Gas Fitters License in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, a Journeyman License in Massachusetts and a Master Plumbing License in New Hampshire and Maine.

Christopher Mitchell
Vice President of Project Supervision

Chris has Been with Denron for 23 years, beginning his career as an apprentice plumber working in the field. Chris oversees current projects with the supervisiors and foreman. Throughout his career, Chris has obtained his Journeyman and Master Plumbing License in NH as well as his NH Gas Service Tech License.
