Executive Leadership
Joel Pickering
Joel Pickering oversees projects from pre-construction planning through successful execution in the field. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in HVAC Systems from Manchester Community College and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Joel previously served as an adjunct instructor at Manchester Community College and continues to support the HVAC program as a member of its advisory board.
Michelle Delois
CFO
Michelle brings more than 30 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. She oversees cash flow management, financial planning, budgeting, and internal financial controls while helping guide the company’s long-term financial strategy. Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University, and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Chad Vittone
CoO
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Chad oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic business planning. His responsibilities include developing company policies and procedures, managing departmental operations, improving internal processes, and supporting overall organizational performance.
Joseph Nash
Executive Vice President of Operations and Administration
Joe Nash began his career at Denron Hall more than 16 years ago as an apprentice plumber working in the field. Today, he oversees active projects, including manpower planning, material coordination, scheduling, and cost projections. Joe holds Journeyman and Master Plumbing Licenses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, along with a New Hampshire Gas Service Technician License.
Steve Bienvenue
Vice President of Project Supervision
Steve has been with Denron Hall for more than 37 years, beginning as a high school intern before advancing through the company into executive leadership. He oversees multiple commercial projects, contract negotiations, pricing, change orders, invoices, and project documentation. Steve holds Gas Fitter Licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, a Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License, and Master Plumbing Licenses in New Hampshire and Maine.
Vice President of Project Supervision
Chris Mitchell has been part of the Denron Hall team for more than 23 years, starting his career as an apprentice plumber. He now oversees commercial projects alongside project supervisors and foremen while helping coordinate field operations. Chris holds Journeyman and Master Plumbing Licenses in New Hampshire, along with a New Hampshire Gas Service Technician License.

Charlie Hall
Vice President Emeritus
Charlie Hall dedicated more than 35 years to Denron Hall, growing from dispatcher to company president while serving in estimating, project management, administration, finance, and executive leadership roles. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and previously served as both Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders & Contractors NH/VT Chapter.
Elliot Hall
Vice President Emeritus
Elliot Hall provided more than three decades of leadership and industry expertise, progressing from hands-on HVAC installation and service work into system design, estimating, and field operations management. He served in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1980 and holds Massachusetts licenses in refrigeration and sheet metal.
