HVAC Project Supervisor
Job Summary: An HVAC Project Supervisor (PS) uses their field knowledge and leadership skills in an office setting. The PS will oversee project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting for new construction HVAC projects. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and overall company success is required. A candidate for this position must be willing to participate in continuing education, pass a pre-employment physical, and be able to work full-time in all weather conditions.
HVAC Service Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking mechanically inclined, professional, HVAC Service Technicians to serve our customers with at least 5 years of verifiable experience. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction is required. A successful candidate will participate in continuing education, pass a pre-employment physical and be able to work full-time.
Plumbing/Sheetmetal/HVAC Foreman
Job Summary: A foreman is the leader and manager of the day to day for the jobsite. A foreman is expected to manage the jobsite for efficiency and accuracy, as well as provide leadership for the employees working on the jobsite. This individual will be tasked with ensuring safety protocols are being followed by all, without exception. The foreman will effectively communicate with their team and other trades while representing Denron Hall. They are expected to ensure proper training is preformed to promote growth, understanding, especially for new and inexperienced employees. The foreman must ensure proper material inventory and information to the employees to allow seamless workflow day in day out, as well as daily individual goals.

Job Summary: A journeyman is a person that is able to conduct quality, code compliant, work by themselves with minimal instruction. A journeyman is expected to install with efficiency and accuracy. They must be able to communicate any needs they may have before it hinders work progress. This individual will be responsible for ensuring their own safety, without exception. They will also assist with observing other’s safety to help protect fellow co-workers. When working with apprentices, they are expected to ensure proper training is performed to promote growth, understanding, especially for new and inexperienced apprentices. The journeyman must assist in proper material inventory management and informing the foreman of any material needs. The journeyman must know their daily goals, and if not told, must ask their leadership for their expectations.
Plumbing/Sheetmetal/HVAC Apprentice
Job Summary:An apprentice learns and applies trade skills to become a journeyman. An apprentice is expected to listen and ask questions. They are expected to constantly absorb knowledge about the trade and find ways to apply it to everyday tasks. This typically involves attending an apprentice program at a trade school. This individual will be responsible for ensuring their own safety, without exception. They will also assist with observing other’s safety to help protect fellow co-workers. The apprentice must know their daily goals/tasks and efforts must be made to clarify any uncertainty.
